Bridge Transverse Stressing Bars – QLD Australia, 2013

Many bridges in Queensland are designed to incorporate transverse stressing bars holding the individual precast deck units together to act as one unit. 3 bridges were tested during 2013 to establish if any of the bars were broken or corroding.

The information provided allowed the client to make informed decisions regarding maintenance schedules.
